Bancroft, #8 - The Bancroft Apartments is located on 15th and Pine. Built in the 1920s, this vintage 3-story building is comprised of 27 1-bedroom apartments, each offering a generous amount of living space. You'll find the interiors to be warm and inviting, for we have preserved its original wall murals and vintage fixtures.
If you prefer urban living, look no further. Grocery stores are within blocks (Central Co-Op, Trader Joe's, QFC, Safeway), a plethora of nightlife activities, cafes, yoga studios, gyms, and trendy clothing boutiques. There is a bus stop right around the corner off of Pine Street, and if you're a student, you can conveniently walk to Seattle University and/or Seattle Central Community College.
