• $20 application fee for 1 household pet (pet must be screened and approved in advance)
• $2,000 refundable deposit on all 2 bedrooms
• $300 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee
• $230 non-refundable admin fee

Additional monthly costs:
• $20/month resident benefit package (informational flyer attached)

• $12.50 liability insurance for renters *you may purchase your own

2. Complete Application (each adult occupant will need to complete one) Select your unit and make sure to put your unit # on your application. Your address will be 4124 148th Street SE, Mill Creek WA 98012.
3. Upload any necessary documents pertaining to the application (i.e. paystubs, bank statements, offer, letter, tax returns).
4. Complete pet screening / no pet disclosure required (free if you have no pets).
5. Pay holding deposit (25% 1 month’s rent).
Once you complete all the 5 steps, we’ll send you a holding deposit agreement to sign electronically.
