The non refundable application fee is $40. Anyone 18 or over who intends to reside in the apartment must submit an application. We accept cash, check, money order, and debit card. Applications must be filled out in their entirety and submitted with photo ID and proof of income (last 4 weeks/last 2-4 pay stubs from current job, or if self employed last 3 months of bank statements showing deposits and business tax return, or if receiving social security this year's letter).
