The units not remodeled rent for $525. Furnished with a stove and fridge, the open floor plan allows you to use the space as you want. Central air and heat, tenants pay all utilities. Gas/electric/water/trash/cable-internet. WTC is our provider cable/internet. Owner bills for water and trash, $34 for water, $8 for trash.
