I am a Spanish teacher working in San Francisco who recently purchased this home in Rohnert Park. As a former Sonoma State University student I really liked the proximity to SSU campus, not only that, but also the easy walking access to the university. The house is located behind Copeland Creek, giving it a great deal of privacy and the creek's path takes you to SSU in a 20 minute walk. This two bedroom one bathroom home is fully furnished and beautifully remodeled. It is also located in a quiet , safe and friendly neigborhood. I only stay in my house on weekends so the tennant will have the house for themselves renting a bedroom but also enjoying the backyard, kitchen and livingroom. I am looking for a trustworthy, responsible and respectful person who would take care of the house as if it was their own.
