There are 4 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms total and utilities will be shared with the other USC roommates. Two PhD students and one undergrad neuroscience major. All male and easy going.
The place is modern, clean, bright and safe. It has furnished private bedroom, as well as shared / well equipped kitchen and living room. Will share 1 bathroom with one USC student.
Place has AC, security, in-unit laundry and dryer on each floor of apartment, gym (no extra fee), well equipped kitchen & outdoor patio.
