Large sliding door closet, very good natural light with 2 windows, looks out on back yard, own lock on bedroom door. Book shelves, dresser, and night stand in room; desk in adjoining den. The house: Open plan, great natural light, stays fairly cool in summer. Very large kitchen, with island, gas stove, double oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, 2 refrigerators, microwave, many cabinets, and window box. Big back and front yards, easy street parking, laundry in attached garage, fast Spectrum internet, nice wood floors in living area, tile in kitchen and bath. I have a small dog (miniature greyhound) who lives at the house who is very sweet and affectionate. I'm looking for someone mature and respectful, a non-smoker, who is not too noisy, pays rent on time, likes dogs, and will help do their share around the house to keep it clean and tidy.
