The suite is 3 years new and has only been rented to Trinity western hockey players, usually a single occupant but for a brief period there were two students our tenants friend. The second student used the queen size sofa couch ( upcharge on hydro of $100).

Laundry use by arrangement as it is upstairs ( one floor up from the suite accessible via stairwell or elevator).
The suite is 800 sq ft. has a bar kitchen with induction cooktop, airfryer, bar fridge and fullsize fridge.
A covered private exclusive use patio with table and chairs( great storage area or a place to air out your gear).
Near costco & walmart.
Bus stop is directly outside and takes 41 minutes, or you can take a 9 minute drive or 21 minute cycle to trinity.
NOT included : meals and off road parking ( street parking only).
Required: damage deposit ($600), references and proof of enrollment in school.
landlords reside upstairs - along with daughters 27 years old ( occasionally in residence ) and 19yrs old.
Generally the unit enjoys peace as it is concrete build but some noise travels. so all parties are to be considerate of each other in that regard.
