The room for rent has a desk, bed & closet, mini fridge, hangers, hamper, shoe organizers as seen in photos. there is the adjacent bathroom (your own) that goes with it. I have my own bedroom and my own bathroom. Living room and kitchen as seen in pics. Place is renovated, new appliances and floors and paint. In suit laundry, gas fireplace in main living room heats entire place. cable, internet is included. Ground floor, north facing. No parties, minimal guests, and no pets. I am very neat and clean & very particular about my place. looking for someone who keeps to themselves and/or who is very busy with school and work. not a place for socializing. Great place for quiet studying. u will have to rent a parking spot in the building for additional $ if u have a car (if one is available) or simply park down the road by the roundabout for free as I only have one spot Im currently using.
